What is the return policy?

You may return any unopened/unused and returned in good resalabel condition item within 30 days from the date of purchase. There is a 10% restocking fee that applies to all returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred during the process of retrun. Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. 

To return a product, please fill out the return form to request an RMA Number.

To return a DEFECTIVE product, please fill out the return form and specify that the return is due to defect and be prepared to provide a description and photos of the defect. EVERY food product we ship will carry a shelf life, or expiration date of 90 DAYS or more WHEN delivered.

If you are having a SHIPMENT issue, you must file a claim with the shipping company FIRST. Then contact us with an update on what your case, and we will help you to resolve the issue at the same time. is not responsible for orders placed outside of this website or products received from orders placed outside of this website. We will not accept any claims or returns for any items that do not have a valid order number. This includes 3rd party shipping arragements, for example if we ship to an address and then you choose to ship to another and the shipment is no good, we are not liable for this because you re-shipped it using another carrier. and If the shipment unable to delivery to an address and return to us, we will directly deduct extra fee from credit.

For any other SHIPMENT issues, there is only a 14 DAY CLAIM policy, meaning you can not let us know 90 days later that your shipment was bad, you have to do it 15 days in order for us to help you resolve the issue, otherwise we can not do anything about this, no exceptions.
