Missing Shipments: If a shipment has not been received within 72 business hours past the ETA, please fill out the form below and specify that you have a missing shipment. An investigation will be conducted to determine its cause and a solution will be provided as soon as possible.
Damaged Shipments: For any damaged shipments caused by carrier (FedEx or trucking etc.) mishandling, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of shipment arrival. However, it is best to refuse the shipment from FedEx (Carrier) if you notice the package is damaged. Please fill out the form below and be prepared to describe and show damages of the shipment and products.
