Missing Shipments: If a shipment has not been received within 72 hours past the ETA, please fill out the form below and specify that you have a missing shipment. An investigation will be conducted to determine its cause and a solution will be provided as soon as possible.

Damaged Shipments: For any damaged shipments caused by carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS or trucking) mishandling, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of shipment arrival. However, it is best to refuse the shipment from carrier if you notice the package is damaged. Please fill out the form below and be prepared to describe and show damages of the shipment and products. Please make sure you enclose a photo with this form of the actual damage or a screen shot of FedEx tracking shows item(s) damaged.

Mistake/Incorrect Shipments: If you received incorrect items, please submit a photo of the item(s) you received with this form. Please describe the missing item(s).

To avoid repetitive issues, damaged items may only be replaced once per shipment.

Damage shipment claims are subject to further investigation before any refund or replacement is granted. LollicupStore.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or weather damaged merchandise (such as frozen or broken bottles due to extreme weather conditions, etc.). Investigations may take up to 10 business days. LollicupStore.com will submit the claim to the carrier. Once the carrier verifies the damage, our team will contact you and either issue a replacement or credit to your account. Please allow 7-14 business days to process the replacement or credit.

LollicupStore.com will only cover UPS Ground shipping costs for replacements. If your shipment requires other shipping options (expediated shipping, signature at delivery required, or any special delivery arrangements), additional charges may apply. Please view the "Processing, Shipping and Delivery" section of our Policies for more information.
