Missing Shipments: If a shipment has not been received within 72 business hours past the ETA, please fill out the form below and specify that you have a missing shipment. An investigation will be conducted to determine its cause and a solution will be provided as soon as possible.
Damaged Shipments: For any damaged shipments caused by carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS or trucking) mishandling, a claim must be filed within 48 business hours of shipment arrival. However, it is best to refuse the shipment from the carrier if you notice the package is damaged. Please fill out the form below and be prepared to describe and show the damages of the shipment and products. Please make sure you enclose a photo with this form of the actual damage or a screenshot of FedEx tracking shows the item(s) damaged.
Mistake/Incorrect Shipments: If you received incorrect items, please submit a photo of the item(s) you received with this form. Please describe the missing item(s).
To avoid repetitive issues, damaged items may only be replaced once per shipment.
Damage shipment claims are subject to further investigation before any refund or replacement is granted. LollicupStore.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or weather damaged merchandise (such as frozen or broken bottles due to extreme weather conditions, etc.). Investigations may take up to 10 business days. LollicupStore.com will submit the claim to the carrier. Once the carrier verifies the damage, our team will contact you and either issue a replacement or credit to your account. Please allow 7-14 business days to process the replacement or credit.
LollicupStore.com will only cover FedEx Ground shipping costs for replacements. If your shipment requires other shipping options (expedited shipping, signature at delivery required, or any special delivery arrangements), additional charges may apply. You may return any unopened/unused and return in good resaleable condition item within 30 days from the date of purchase. There is a 10% restocking fee that applies to all returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred during the process of return. Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
To return a product, please fill out the return form to request an RMA Number.
To return a DEFECTIVE product, please fill out the return form and specify that the return is due to defect and be prepared to provide a description and photos of the defect.
